Located in Midtown Manhattan close to Grand Central Station just off of Third Avenue, the building is currently under construction with an anticipated completion in 2014. The building’s lot size is 33.6 x100.6 ft for a total of 43,500 sq. ft of build-able area and a height of 225 ft. The 22 story hotel will have 100 guest rooms, each with a balcony. There will be six rooms per floor on the lower level and five rooms on the upper level. The floor plan of the first floor includes a hotel lobby and a restaurant with rear open terrace. The top floor will receive a large open terrace used for special events. The modernist building look is accentuated by metal panels, glass balconies, and a full height glass façade.
