The existing brick building, once a warehouse, has been meticulously converted into a luxury residential condominium with new structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. The front façade and lot line walls are the only elements left from the old building. A portion of the rear building was removed and transferred to the top of the building as a one story addition.
